What the PACT Act Means When You Order Vapor Products
The PACT Act is a federal law governing how vapor products are sold and shipped. For a buyer it means three things: a shorter list of states we can deliver to, age verification at checkout, and an adult signature with photo ID at the door.

The United States Postal Service is prohibited from carrying vaping products, and UPS, FedEx and DHL have each declined them as well. There is effectively no mainstream carrier, which is why these ship via a specialist compliant carrier and cost more.
Registration and monthly reporting obligations fall on the seller in every state shipped into. That is our problem rather than yours, but it is the reason the list of states we can serve is shorter than for our other products.
At your end: your age is verified at checkout, and an adult aged 21 or over must sign for the delivery and present government-issued photo ID. There is no way to waive this.
It is also why vapor shipments are never eligible for free shipping. They travel on a different carrier at a different cost, and pretending otherwise would mean advertising a promise we could not keep.
