Mimosa Hostilis root bark

Botanical use only. This product is sold exclusively as a raw material for natural dyeing, soap and cosmetic manufacture, and botanical research. It is not food, and it is not for human consumption.

Amanita muscaria

Amanita muscaria contains naturally occurring muscimol and ibotenic acid. Neither is listed under the federal Controlled Substances Act, which is the basis on which these products are lawfully sold in the United States.

In December 2024 the Food and Drug Administration stated that Amanita muscaria is not authorised for use in conventional food. Edible formats therefore sit in a regulatory grey area rather than having been affirmatively cleared, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.

Louisiana prohibits Amanita muscaria, and we do not ship it there.

Vapor products

Vapor products are regulated federally under the PACT Act and by a patchwork of state rules covering flavours, registration and delivery sale. They ship only via a registered specialist carrier, require an adult signature and government-issued photo ID on delivery, and are reported to state authorities monthly as the law requires.
