Orders to Texas ship from our United States fulfilment centre. We do not hold stock in Texas and we are not a marketplace reseller — the batch you receive is one we bought, tested and packed, and the lab report for it is published against the code printed on the package. Mimosa Hostilis and Amanita muscaria travel together as a standard parcel, and shipping is confirmed with your order. Vapes are regulated under the federal PACT Act, so they travel separately on an age-restricted carrier, never bundled with anything else and never eligible for free shipping. If your order mixes the two, it arrives as two deliveries on two different days, and your cart shows that split, with the cost of each, before you order rather than after. An adult signature and a government-issued photo ID showing 21 or over are required on delivery in Texas. Nobody else at the address can sign for it.

Mimosa Hostilis root bark is sold strictly as a botanical material for natural dyeing, soap and cosmetic manufacture, and botanical research. It is not sold for human consumption. No state-level restriction on this use has been identified.
Amanita muscaria is not a federally controlled substance. We ship to this state and require age 21 or over as a matter of company policy.

Ordering from Texas works like this. Our cart evaluates every item against the address you are shipping to rather than the state you happen to be browsing from, so the decision is made before you reach payment rather than after. Shipments containing Vapes travel on a carrier that complies with the federal PACT Act, require an adult aged 21 or over to sign, and require government-issued photo identification at the door. Those shipments are never eligible for free shipping, because they are carried at a different cost and we will not advertise a discount we cannot honour. Age verification applies at checkout for every age-restricted item regardless of state, and we keep a record of that check.
Texas has repeatedly attempted to restrict hemp-derived cannabinoids without enacting a general prohibition, leaving a comparatively permissive market. It has taken no action on Amanita muscaria.
Psilocybin remains a controlled substance here, as it does federally. Amanita muscaria is a different organism containing different compounds, and its lawful status does not derive from any psilocybin policy.
A federal amendment signed on 12 November 2025 narrows the definition of hemp to 0.3% total THC — counting THCA and Delta-8 — and caps finished products at 0.4 mg total THC per container. It also excludes any cannabinoid made by chemical synthesis or conversion. It takes effect on 12 November 2026, and industry estimates put the share of existing hemp-cannabinoid products it renders federally unlawful at around 95%.
It does not reach the products on this page. Amanita muscaria is a mushroom, not hemp, and muscimol is not a cannabinoid, so the narrowed hemp definition does not apply to it. Mimosa Hostilis root bark is a botanical material and is likewise outside its scope.
